Can't rejoin after server crash.

I was playing a ranked game. Server lagged for everyone in the game within the first 20 min. Then the server crashed for me (and I assume everyone else). Now I have been at the main menu for 10 min with a "Rejoin" option. It always tells me the "After several attempts to connect, the server did not respond". I'd prefer not to abandoned my ranked match. What should I do?

This happened to me minutes ago in an unranked match. Me and 3 friends were playing when the game froze and crashed for all of us simultaneously. We were about to win. Rejoin times out. Restarted game, restarted steam, stopped short of a complete PC restart. One of my friends got a matchmaking ban for abandoning the match we couldn't rejoin. Pretty frustrating.

This also just happened to me a few minutes ago in ranked. same behavior
