Can't quick level abilities with custom bindings after update

After the update I am no longer able to alt+ability to quick level them. alt+numbers works for quick leveling, but it would be nice to bring back custom bindings again for the quick leveling.

Edit: You need to individually map quick leveling for each ability. theres a keybind for it now
