I've been playing for a while and once I started playing I changed all my keybinds where I found an Issue.
The issue is that I have my ultimate keybind to this key: ` (next to number 1), if I try alt + ` to level it up it does not work, while the rest of the skills do work.
To reproduce this defect bind your ultimate to ` and try to learn it/level it up
