Can't Keybind ALT+R to upgrade abilities

New member
I use alt + q/w/r/4 to upgrade abilities, but trying to bind alt + r results in left alt being used as a bind. Alt + G and Alt + H also doesn't work. This was working before the shop update, but a recent mini patch broke it.
