Can't join party hideout and connect to matchmaking

Game wont allow me to join my friend's party sometimes it shows we are in the same party in top right corner but they wont be present in the hideout, sometimes shows can't join party hideout but will show us in the same hideout and then when we find a match it pushes me back to hideout and wont allow me to reconnect, because of this I've gotten countless cooldowns and now this low priority message! please help ! not sure if this is a problem with UAE ( dubai ) internet or its the game glitching out and not allowing us to connect. Also this is random sometimes it connects without any problem sometimes it will allow me to play 2 matches straight sometimes it wont work the whole day.

same exact thing happened to me in Qatar. Been having this problem occasionally and only had 5 minutes ban before. But now I got 1 day ban and I have insanely good internet connection so I know for sure the problem isn't connectivity
Any response from the devs or solutions?
