Can't invite my friend to party

My friend "Victor_sueca" can't be invited to my party, this doesn't only happen some times, it has been happening for some time now, and it happens to my friends too when they try to invite him.
My actual hypothesis is that this happens because he uses linux, it may be that, but overall, i don't know why that happens, anyways, he doesn't wanna post this issue so here i am.

It also happens to me with the same user. In any region, and even if he's Invisible, Away or Online. The only way to make a party with him is the party code.
