Can't find ranked games

I was excited to try ranked yesterday, but I spent well over an hour in queue without finding any games. Other people in my region (SA) have reported playing ranked so I know there are other players online, but I still can't find matches. My guess is that the game can't find enough players in queue with my skill level, but I'd hope that maybe the MMR restrictions could be loosened a bit, or at least get a warning that there aren't many players of my rank online. I've entered ranked queue again today and already waited 15 mins so far. My Steam name is gammaton32

Same problem for me, but i also have to play on NA (I'm in EU) because time window is more comfortable for me.

Update: I have finally been able to find games after last friday's schedule update. It can take me 30-40 mins to find a game sometimes, but I've been able to finish my classification. I do know others still have the same problem though.

I am able to find ranked games normally but only since last night.
