Cant find any matches

Cant seem to find match I can manually try to change regions, From 4/6/1 Euro/ZA

I've been queuing for about 90Mins atm We tried Duo Queuing couldn't find a match Trio Couldn't 4 man Couldn't, We decided to quee separately everyone except me found a match within 3 minutes. I dont have many matches and about 20 hours in the game 27 Games in total. Cant say I've ever typed or used voice so cant think its any report related issue could someone advice on any possible logs I could attach
 
Found a match after queuing straight for exactly 30 minutes without making any party or region changes

Tends to be 30/60 mins per match find, I've had to start playing other games while searching still not sure what to do here. Also take note other people in my same region are having 2-5 min searches, The second I DUO quee they go from 2-5mins to 50+mins something is wrong on my account im almost certain of it
