I tried to close and open steam. Didn't help. Tried to use VPN (half of the internet is banned in my country it could be a problem on this side). No. What is wrong?

hmm its possible that it will only fix after any other update. When you see deadlock updating it will probably be fixed hopefully, because i guess it will disconnect you internally to update the versionno. didn't help

ok. It's definitely something with my account, not with pc. I asked my bf to log into my acc and try to find a match but he got the same error. Yoshi, we have a problem 
Try going into sandbox or bot match and you will be presented with the option to abandon. You will probably be penalized but you will be able to start matches again. It's a bug that keeps occuring to random people every once in a while. I got banned and put in low prio 4 times in a row because of this until eventualy it stopped happening to me. I made a post 6 months ago about this, you can check on my profile.

I can't start a match even with bots! I tried.
Go into sandbox mode, from there you press Esc and you will be presented the option to Abandon.
