Cant Alt Cast Grey Talons Rain of Arrows

I cant seem to activate the low to the ground alt cast ability for grey talon anymore. Tried switching the alt cast modes to other options (double tap, press, etc) doesnt do anything anymore and instantly uses high jump as soon as the button is depressed. Doesnt even seem to wait for the double tap timing to see.

Same thing here. I didnt have this issue until the patch about 2 days ago.
