Can't access Hero Sandbox.

Whenever I try, it says "Unable to establish a connection with the gameserver"

Matchmaking and private bot matches work fine, but Sandbox... I could never access it. I couldn't when I first got the game a few week ago, and to this day I can't access it.

I had the same problem. I just fixed it 5 seconds ago. I opened up PIA (my VPN), which wasn't even open or turned on, and I disabled the split tunneling feature, and then closed the app. Then I restarted Steam and now I can join the Hero Sandbox.
