Cannot use specific hero hotkeys on Doorman Hotel Guest

Hello!


Currently on Dev Build #5,951 you cannot keybind "Hotel Guest" to Instant Cast, Confirm Cast or Quick Cast.

This is the first ability that I've ran into that I've wanted to change, but doesn't let me. If this is not a bug, could you confirm this is as intended?
