Cannot upgrade ult with ALT+4

Proton ver: Experimental
Renderer: Vulkan

By default on my machine I'm unable to upgrade the ultimate with Alt+4 and need to do so manually with the mouse.

Similar problem here. Before, you quickly could upgrade abilities as long as the Extra Options menu was open, but now you are forced to use ALT, SHIFT or CTRL if you want to use key combinations, which can cause all sorts of problems. I really dislike this change.
