Cannot throw alchemical fire in mo burrow when using quickcast option.

When burrowing as mo&krill and using instant cast or confirm cast you can throw alchemical fire when burrowed as mo. However, if you switch to quickcast you are no longer able to throw out alchemical fire when burrowed.

Mo&Krill can't cast targeted items while underground if Quick Cast is selected in the options, only Instant Cast.
