Cannot shoot on certain part of the enemies

In-game sometimes you cannot shoot certain parts of the enemies (I noticed this sometimes happens after you throw a spell). So I tried this on sandbox and sometimes happens too.
Look this one. (I reported this months ago but well I decided to record this time).

this is so strange, how can I reproduce it?

This happens randomly, but usually after using an ability (looks like a weird invisble wall that appears on certain units and in certain angles, it happens too on troopers).
