Cannot save builds, there is no save button. Builds are deleted when match loads.

No matter what I do, I cannot have a persistent build. Every time I make one it gets deleted as soon as I load into a match. I can see it for a second if I still have the shop open in the hideout, but it's gone after that. It also sometimes reverts to some other build I've never used? Build is switched with some sort of default build when game is restarted without entering matchmaking.
