Every time I attempt to launch the game, it gets stuck on "LAUNCHING" in perpetuity. I've tried verifying my game files, changing my Proton version, restarting Steam, and reinstalling the game - when I attempt to uninstall the game, it gets stuck on "UNINSTALLING" for 5-6 minutes before hitting me with a "connection timeout" error. Uninstalling the game manually (by deleting the its folder in Steamapps and then the app manifest) and reinstalling it has not fixed the issue.
