Cannot join servers due to internet connection issue

I tried bunch of things including a different router but still cant join servers. It says internet connection but I also talked to my ISP and they didnt notice anything different. Please help me I just wanna play the game. Btw I cant play other steam-server based games too.

I had the same problem. My internet disconnected twice during the match, especially when I entered the enemy base. But when the enemy team came to our base, I was able to reconnect to the game. If you find the reason, please let me know.
