Cannot freelook in the replay fly camera

I can't seem to get the replay system's fly camera to work properly anymore. I can go into fly camera mode by either hitting the toggle button or pressing a movement key, but can't actually look around. The cursor is always on the screen and clicking just changes the camera back to spectate mode on the next hero. I tried binding "toggle free cursor" in the settings but it doesn't seem to do anything when pressed in either mode.

I can't recall how it used to work before but nothing seems to be allowing me to look around so I assume it's busted.

i uninstalled and re-installed and it seemed to fix it for now, fingers crossed it stays that way
