Cannot enter the game,showing error “Failed to on-demand complie shader”.

This is another thread about some render error.If you don't know what I mentioned you can check out my another thread.
I re-install the game today and find out cannot enter the game,showing this message box.


PC Setup: Leveno Y400(i7 3740qm+GT 750M).
If any another issue happened I will keep on track.

Rebooted and this is fixed,but unsure whether if this will happen again.
