Cannot enter hero sandbox mode.

When ever i try to enter the hero sandbox/sandbox mode, it shows this error

closing the game does not work, reinstalling the game does not work, different heroes does not work, verifying the games files do not work, and so on. This has been happening for months, i do not know exactly when this started, but it was close to the 1-2nd month being publicly out of NDA. The only way i found for it to work was someone who was host of a group queueing for the sandbox mode. Which from what i could tell, worked fine them, after that, trying to queue for it solo, it does not work.

Hi, I had the same problem and with no solution or whatsoever. I found this post; https://forums.playdeadlock.com/threads/cant-connect-to-local-server-with-vpn-split-tunnelling.4645/ and this was also the issue for me. So if you're using VPN then that is the problem. If you shut it then it will solve itself.
