Cannot dispel Ivy's new Entagling Thorns T3

After being immobilized by Ivy's T3 thorns, neither Mystic Dispel nor Divine Barrier dispel the status effect.

I have also experienced this. From what I can tell, it DOES dispel the effect, but then it is immediately reapplied. It still grants the heal, but is effectively useless for escaping the effect.

Technically makes it worse by extending the effect too.
