He used to make candy, now he makes bodies. Riding around in his dual wheeled kart he fires carbonated beverages at people.
Gun:
It's a flamethrower like spread of sticky goopy soda that slows enemies on hit and has a medium range. Similar to how flubber shoots snot balls.
Skill 1 (Jelly Bean Jam):
Tosses out a gingerbread man-bomb that chases after an enemy and explodes.
Skill 2 (Spicy Mint Speed!):
Revs up the peppermint wheels to gain massive speed in a straight line with horrible turning
Skill 3 (Creme bru-lead):
Uses a heating gun in a wide area to heat up and carmalize enemies to freeze them in place for a short moment
Skill 4 (Welcome to the candy shop):
His incredible ride converts into a candy cannon that lets him fire out huge bursts of projectiles in a large inaccurate area
