Cancel Ability key doesn't cancel some abilities

Some abilities do not cancel abilities like excpected. for exampe mcginnis ultimate
Expected behaviour: While using the ability i cancel the ability with my bound cancel ability key and not the ultimate key
Current behaviour: the bound cancel ability keybind does nothing and i have to use the ultimate key to cancel the ability

If this is intented then please add an option for my bound cancel abilitys key to be the button that cancels abilities for all abilities that can be canceled in some way
