Can we gain access to heroes in sandbox so we can make builds?

Hard to get a grasp of things when you can't check the scaling and whatnot before you know who you are in the match. The default builds are pretty booty to be honest

You can also use the selecthero command to change heroes in sandbox. Use dump_hero_names to see all of the hero names.
