i remember the player count being at 40k and they just merged everything into 1 mode. now that we are at around 90k concurrent, can we add a casual game on top of street brawl so that new players can learn and be separated from the sweats. its also hard learning a new hero without throwing the game and i would rather stay in my own account rather than create a smurf account.
can we add casual mode again?

Yeah this would be a nice change. I generally hover around Ascendent 1-3 but I don't really care about my rank. I just play for fun, but I get queued with really sweaty people who very much only care about climbing to Eternus.
Back when the Christmas Ornaments challenge was a thing it wasn't uncommon to see the more competitive players have full on meltdowns in chat cause their teammates were playing unfamiliar heroes for ornaments. Real embarrassing behavior

I have a friend that just joined the game and games are so much harder trying to play when you constantly have to play ranks not meant for new players.
Also just prefer to play solo in a casual setting, why is it so hard to keep a game mode where I don't have to trying so hard or playing against those try hards and sweats?
