Of course they can, why wouldn't they?
The only thing Kelvin's dome does is separating inside from outside for a short time, since you've used it way too late and locked 2 people in, they could do whatever they want inside.
Basically major fail on you for not using warp stone to quickly fall down and ult before they get inside ult radius.

Because in 09-12-2024 update they say;
- Kelvin: Objectives and Rejuvenator are now frozen and invulnerable when under frozen shelter

Yes, the charge comes out before the ult, but it punches the crystal after the ult.

Wow I didn't notice this note, seems like in your vid MnK hit it just as sphere stopped expanding so there might be a few ticks (or lag compensation) before it gains invulnerability, if you have friend you can test it in sandbox since rejuvenator is in corner.

Yes I'm saying the effects of the ult were likely not up on the server as it happens so close to him punching it. Just a 1 in 1,000 timing kinda thing
