When using Kinetic Dash,
The initial proc does not allow reloading but a 2nd proc will still reload, even though temporary ammo is still greater than the mag capacity, rare situation when you wouldn't use all of your ammo but i figured i would report it either way in cases when the cooldown has reset quickly.
I tested with pocket equipped only with extra stamina (for sanity reasons) and kinetic dash
