Can still debuff remove the silence and disarm from Wraiths ultimate.

I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended, but you can still debuff remove the silence and disarm from Wraiths ultimate. The description from Debuff Remover is that it cleanses NON ULTIMATE negative effects. The silence and disarm from Wraiths is a debuff from her ultimate. So either the description of Debuff Remover needs to be change or this is a bug.

NOT A BUG. The person had debuff remover and blood tribute so they just debuff removed the same time they were debuffed
