Can only make a maximum of 2 builds across all heroes

Created a Dynamo build first, an Abrams build second, and then an Bebop build third. Went back to Dynamo and the build's gone. Recreated my Dynamo build, and now my Abrams build is gone. It seems that whenever making a third build, your first build for whichever hero you made it for gets deleted.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
