Camera wiggle bug

it seems that if you tab out while looking at a certain direction your character still be stuck trying to look in that direction, I pressed a bunch of buttons to try and fix it and I think esc fixed it.
I think this also makes your camera wiggle as if your mouse was broken, I thought I needed a new mouse but this just happens in deadlock
