Encountered this bug in my game. I am not sure what caused it, but I think it was a combination of Calico's leaping slash and the zipline.
I was able to move around, shoot and use abilities freely, however I couldn't dash/jumpdash anymore.
Going back onto a zipline didn't fix the bug, only using leaping slash did, as shown in the video.
