buying ability upgrades bugged

the skill point menu doesnt show recommended or purchaseable skills. this is very common. in one occurance, it showed me what my recommended skill is, but i couldnt buy it, even tho i had the ability points.

also you cannot refund the first upgrade of your skills in the lobby
