Fixed after Steam restart

Restarting steam or my computer didn't fix this. This also happened to me a few weeks back when they released a patch that was REALLY rough around the edges. Thankfully got fixed within a day, but this input bug coming back today on a really small patch is really unfortunate.
To detail this more --
The first time I press W in a game, it'll get stuck going in that direction until I press it again. Then all my directional buttons become reversed. Crouching gets stuck and won't undo if pressed once, and same with tab menu. Escape can no longer be pressed to exit the menu once entered as well. It's a really strange bug, am not too sure whats going on.
