Burst heroes keep firing when tabbed

This is a very small bug, but: if on a burst fire hero, during a burst, you move the mouse, then press tab and keep moving your mouse while keeping tab pressed, the hero will continually shoot.

Very small impact + very specific way to activate, but thought I'd share so it's at least written down somewhere.
