Builds sometimes nonfunctional in a match

While I don't know the cause, and it may be something newly problematic with the current patch, sometimes the suggest items menu will display nothing, and other menus also lack starred build items, making the build 100% nonfunctional. Clicking on the dropdown "Default Recommended Items" menu doesn't display any selections except the same default items build that won't load. This can be very disruptive when learning to play a hero. Also worth noting, despite it saying I'm using default recommended items, I have a completely different build set as default.

A friend of mine experienced this issue earlier today while playing with me, but lost his screenshot, so I'm glad I was able to catch it as well. This is why I believe it may be a new bug.

This can happen in local servers too, so the match/game server is probably uninvolved. I noticed you also only see the default recommended build until you've viewed that hero's community builds. This might be the result of that cache being corrupted.

This happens to me at random; I use no default recommended builds on any hero.
