Build search by name

1. Add a search bar to the builds menu so that you can find any build by name.
2. Add a function to search builds by the items they contain.

I also would like to request this. Folks following/ discovering my build on Discord are having trouble locating it. There are a lot of them to dig through.

I would like to see search by build name, author, build ID #, or description keywords. And some filter options for things like certain items in the build and popularity. Maybe a basic 5 star rating system too so build authors can get feedback on quality and to help discoverability of lesser known builds.
