Build editing issue

I have an issue where I randomly cannot add items to my build and have to restart the game to make any changes. this has now been happening intermittently for 2 weeks.

This is a LONG standing bug that hasn't been patched out yet.

yes i have the same issue, except exiting the game doesn't change anything. I simply cannot create any builds, whether I reset or not. very irritating.
