This bug messes with builds in most launches of the game. There's no difference made by being in/out of queue, in/out of practice range or a game. Having a build favorited or not also doesn't make a difference. It seems to be tied to something in the launch, but I'm not sure what.
The bug specifically is being unable to add items to an existing build. I can edit categories and remove items with no problems, but adding doesn't work.
