So, in the last update this feature was added:
- Added the ability to right click on the header of a build category to add all items in that category to your Quickbuy queue.
With option "Quickbuy Purchase Prompts" enabled prompted items in the category are placed in the end of the quickbuy queue, wherever they are in the category. Check out the video:
