Build Category Descriptions typing bug

When adding descriptions to your categories in the Build menu, if you try to type anywhere other than the end of the sentence then you can add exactly one letter before your text cursor (the caret) will jump to the end of the sentence. Very annoying when trying to give advice on using the build.

Can confirm that this problem also occurs with Category name. In my case though the cursor was snapping to the start of the line with every character.
