Build App/Website?

I think it would be a great idea for when the game has a full release, if we had some sort of app or website that we could go to and browse/create/edit builds when we are away from the game, that way you don't have to spend as much time looking for or planning your builds when you are ready to play. Instead you can find or make a build that you like while youre at work or school or just hanging out. Then when you get online you already have it saved to your favorites and its ready to play.

Please @Yoshi, if you don't have the manpower to do this I'm sure people would be interested in building something like this (like me) as it's a pretty simple app and would just need access to an API assuming these builds are stored in a database rather than locally.
