Hovering over each ability in any hero select screen will have the background clip out of the circle when the mouse exits its bounding box.
Probably because the background is set to clip to the circle only when hovered over, and doesnt wait for it to fade out after the mouse exits before stopping the clip.
You can reproduce in any select screen.
