In this game we had the problem that the cooldown indicator underneath Sevens avatar seemed to be broken. In some instances his cooldown icon went really fast after he used his ult and he apparently had it back afters ~20s, in most other instances it took the usual ~70s. We first thought he was cheating, like fools, but the usage of the ult seemed normal, so it seems to be a problem with the icon itself. It seems to work normal in the replay, too.
I only focused on Sevens cooldown to verify, can't confirm if other characters had similar issues.
