It doesn't happen every match, but whenever I'm late in the game and I have abilities maxed out apart from one ability, that I have upgraded to the second tier(so with 2 ability points), my character stops gaining ability points and I can't upgrade that ability to tier 3(5 ability points), the maximum ability points my character gets in these situations is 2. I don't know if anyone else has encountered this bug or if this was already reported, but when this happens and I'm late into the match(40/45 min) that ability that isn't upgraded becomes essential.
