bug sandbox

Hello! I just got into the game and just started getting to know it and ran into this problem. went to the sandbox and pressed "alt" "take control" on the mannequin but it can't move so I have to reenter

It's strange, everything works fine for me. Next time, if possible, please record a video that demonstrates the bug.
