I ult the haze but i go out of bounds
I'm not a game dev but if i'd have to make a guess it would be that the ult has problems with ramps and enemy's that go behind a wall at the same time.

i have been successful in recreating the bug in the sandbox environment
I have gotten it to work when there is low visibility on the enemy when you are using shivs ult, and when there is an elevation change via stairs. i have not been able to make this work when there are no stairs and the enemy is just on a higher level than the shiv.
