I am using a physical QWERTY keyboard but have remapped several keys to AZERTY using Glorious Core software. This setup works flawlessly in all other games and applications, including chat inside Deadlock, but during gameplay (or menu-hub) the remapped keys are not functioning as intended.
Result: The game registers the physical QWERTY layout, ignoring the remaps.
Expected Result: The game should respect the remapping applied.
Expected Behavior
Remapped Keys should be recognized and work in-game, just like they do in Deadlock’s chat and other software.Current Behavior
- In Deadlock's in-game chat, the remapped keys are registered correctly.
- Outside the game, the remaps work as expected.
- In-game, the remapped keys do not respond; only the physical QWERTY layout is recognized.
Steps to Reproduce
- Use a physical QWERTY keyboard.
- Remap certain keys to AZERTY (e.g., W → Z, A → Q).
- Launch Deadlock.
- Attempt to use the remapped keys during gameplay (or the menu-hub).
Result: The game registers the physical QWERTY layout, ignoring the remaps.
Expected Result: The game should respect the remapping applied.
