When you are underground and press q you sometimes get stuck in the ceiling. I was able to walk out of the map and was teleported back after. For instance I pressed tornado to damage the camp under teleporter top right side of map, the result was me being stuck in the ceiling. TLDR go under ground and press tornado to replicate.
