Bug Report – Incorrect 6-Hour Ban After Safe Leave Indicator

After a few minutes into the match, one player disconnected and never came back. A green message appeared in the top-right corner of the screen saying that it was safe to leave the match without penalty. Other players left before me, and I also decided to leave based on that message.

However, when I tried to queue up for another match, I received a 6-hour ban. This doesn't make sense, as the game clearly indicated it was safe to leave, and I never abandon matches, so I shouldn't have triggered any penalty system, even by mistake.


Please help me lift this ban. Thank you!

After 10 minutes, the game asked for a micro update and that allowed me to play without any issues. Maybe exiting the game and trying to update it could fix the problem. Just leaving this here in case anyone else runs into the same issue. Cheers!
